808 rwhp out of a D1SC is pretty darn good. Try switching to a new Gates RPM belt. Supposedly they don't stretch like the older belts, so in theory you shouldn't get belt slip.

After 75k miles, and almost 20 years, my front end is in need of a rebuild. When I hit bumps, I get too much vibration in the steering wheel than I'd like, so I plan to replace all of the front end...
