No Salvage yards in the area? Normally you get to hear them run, yard drive, compression test, etc before they drop them out. Doesn't catch every problem but sure beats picking up...

cool idea, Id like to see crank case pressure measured. My nitrous motor was hemorrhaging oil from every orafice until I put a vacuum pump on it. I suspect this was in part due to the ring gap.

clamp tite tool is cool! Used it to wire tie my header wrap. Takes a little getting used to but very secure. Not as fast as wire plyers but a much tighter tie.
