I didn't label a couple things in my haste taking things apart. I figured out most things, but what is this and where does it go?

That is the purge solenoid for your evap system. The tube on the left goes into a line which comes out of your drivers fender. The plastic tube goes under your TB and the solenoid goes to a mount on your passenger side bolted to the intake. There is then a plug that is located on part of the harness cluster on the passenger side. The rubber hose on the solenoid does not plug into anything.

alright how about this pig tail? its the one attached to the AIR pump pig tail that I won't be needing but what about this guy?>

and this pig tail goes to the EGR right? if so I don't need it, just making sure tho>

The cool thing about this harness is all plugs are specific to where they go. That does look like it is for the EGR, but I don't remember. Don't know on the other one either. You can search shoebox's website for this kind of info:

yeah shbox's site has been very helpful, I've got about 8tabs open on his site
haven't been able to locate that red pig tail on there yet tho.. that other has to be for the EGR cause there is nothing else close enough for it. I'll put the cooling system in and see if that helps me locate the other end of that red pig tail.

The red one looks like the one for the EVAP Solenoid..every car I have seen that one was red.

That little black one looks like the EGR one.

Picture 1 in post 4 is probably the connector for the vacuum solenoid or bleed valve for the AIR pump. My car does not have those, so you won't find pictures of them on my site.

cool thanks rob! the heat and humidity is starting to get to me tho and I can't remember what goes on this nipple on the TB and I'm not doing so good searching, of course my PC is right in the sun atm.

its an easy one I know but I can't remember or figure it out for the life of me LOL

The small coolant hose just down from the radiator cap (not the one that goes to the overflow) goes there on the TB. If you have done the TB coolant bypass, then nothing goes there. Better to do the bypass while you are there.

Get your Dremel and cut them off of the TB..saves from thinking that and makes it look cleaner.

+1 it did this and had the rest of the stuff machined off while i was at it.
