Stepping Down as a Moderator Well guys, it has been a good time moderating on here and getting to know a bunch of you. Unfortunately my new career has to take precedent so I won't be able to keep up with moderating anymore. The police academy will be far too demanding to give me any free time to scan the forums for a while. I appreciate all of the knowledge that's been shared and the friendships that were developed through this forum. Good luck to everyone and if you need anything Dr Whigham will be here to take care of you. You can also shoot me a PM or message me on the book.

after a stalker's glance at your profile.... Cecil County is the track you go to? so i should assume somewhere in north east MD area.... but because i'm white, that eliminates Rising Sun, MD 
narrows it down to inner city Baltimore, where all that rioting crap was going down last year.
