GXP suspension and brakes
Just got thru doing some suspension and brake work on the GXP. I used EBC rotors all around as well as yellowstuff street & track pads. I installed GMPP front bar with Moog poly bushings, outer tie rods, and problem solver spherical bushing installed in new A/C Delco lower control arms. Ran into a snag with the passenger axle popping out , had some help from a bud getting that bitch seated. Car needs an alignment, but its not too bad as I made sure it was close counting threads . This thing is really tight now.

Why do you have an extra loop of hard line that the braided line is connected to? Also what is the reason for the insulation on the braided line? I have not yet got around to the trying the Russell braided brake lines I grabbed last year, should have when I just did the rotors but needed the garage for another project. I purchased some Stoptech STR600 DOT 4 for the flush also. I may just use them on my Comp G, that needs more help braking anyway. Those yellowstuff pads will put you thru the windshield, I love them.

I believe he mentioned previously that his lines were too short for the GXP brakes and that adding that hard line gave him the room he needed, which is why i was hesitant to do these yet.
