Thanks .....My uncle and i. Alot of guys paint the roof the same as the rear area. So we figured we would do it like this.
I pushed for those wheels for a good while. Finally convinced him lol. The great part is most will say that only a 8" wheel will fit on those cars. We have a 9.5 on this one thanks to getting the right offset and me cutting the flange on the quarter and putting a edge on it for strength.
I hate the street rod look like most do with 18/19 combos or even larger. That **** looks out of place in these cars to me.

That super old car I posted is allegedly THE oldest running car in the world. It does 38mph which is amazing and scary, before it runs out of steam. (See what I did there?) Worth around 2 million bucks and is actually still driven.

We had never seen a 17/15 combo on them. We were goin for a updated drag look tather than the street rod style. The 17s on the front should drive a bit better.....and clear the brakes a bit better.
