Default LS3/L99, 500rwhp through A4?

My current goal is 500rwhp with a stock cube L99, 4L60-E, 3600 stall (Open to diffrent stall), and a Strange 12 bolt with 3.73 gears.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Parts:
L99 short block
GMMP LS3 heads
Head gaskets used will be to try and get to .035 quench (Not Purchased).
Cam ?? Either a custom cam from Pat G or BTR, TSP F-35, or
BTR lV (Not Purchased).
Johnson lifters ST2116LSR
LS3 Rockers w/BTR trunion up grade. Im open to COMP Cams Ultra Pro Magnum 1.8 Roller Rockers or TSP 1.72 roller rockers if needed for the cam(Not Purchased).
LS3 intake (Purchased), but thinking about buying a Ported Vengeance Fast 102 to get that 10hp to reach my goal.
Holley Billet 102 or maybe NW 102 throttle body (Not Purchased).
100mm MAF (Not Purchased)
LT1 K&N cold air intake (Not Purchased)
Meziere WP319 electric water pump
Power Bond 25% under drive pulley (Not Purchased).
TSP 1 7/8 headers (Not Purchased).
TSP Y pipe without cats (Not Purchased) with a open cutout and Borla cat back that I already own.

Questions:
Think I could mill my heads a tad to raise compression, but I don't think I will be able to which the cams I've listed.
I have full suspension, but front upper A arms. Think I could get in the 10's with slick's in a 1993 Camaro with this combo?

Thats a recipe for 450rwhp, unfortunately. Those heads are mediocre at best, and you wont make power through a y pipe.

Almost anyone's heads BUT GMPP's and a true dual exhaust will get you much closer to 500rwhp. With the right cam, of course.

Agreed. The GM heads have pretty large intake ports and airflow comes in about the same as the competition with stock(ish) intake port size.

For example, the Texas Speed CRC ported OEM heads come in at about 5cfm less flow with 260cc intake ports versus 276cc ports for the GMPP's. Roughly equal cfm through a small port is almost always a better way to go.

1 7/8" Longtubes headers
Duel exhaust (the bigger, the better)
Cam in the 230*/240* range with a 114* or tighter LSA
Stock Compression Ratio
And better than GMPP heads

And you'll be real close to your goal.

The y pipe outlet drops to 2.5in.
Cut the merger off and have a flow master merger welded in with a cutout after it.
3in. Collector into 4in. outlet.
