Seems a bit fishy to me. Anyone have any info on this. I will release the persons name and "handle" after I get some feedback from you guys. He said Jay is working for him now.

I have a set of Jay's heads and am very happy with them. I wish him the best of luck.

I've heard similar things about someone buying his Ports digitized on the CNC machine.

Check the sponsor feedback section, I would not order anything from a company associated with Jay until those 5-6 guys get their back ordered heads.

I'm aware, that's why I posted. It seemed VERY strange that Jay could work on a new set of heads and get them out in less than 2 weeks while others are still waiting.

And some such as myself have been waiting for over a year at this point. I would like to know who this is so I/several of us can get to the bottom of what is going on and get our outstanding transactions taken care of. Please PM me if you don't want to post it.

Jay told me on the phone that he was out of business and had to take a full time job. He is in debt so he cannot finish any heads anytime soon.

Maybe he can port and ship the stage 3 heads I paid him for 1 1/2 years ago. Along with $4000 worth of other parts If anyone finds out exactly where he is, please let me know.

There are several ways to buy a company.

1) Entity purchase. You buy the entity including its liabilities and lawsuits, as well as the "good will".

2) asset purchase...you buy the assets and do not buy the company structure. This is common because you don't assume the companies liabilities.

Now that the legal stuff is out of the way, no one in his right mind would buy Jay's company or the assets without planning on making good on what he owes. In fact a good way to purchase that company is simply to assume the liabilities and give Jay a hourly wage and run it better.

Couldn't see sinking real money in a failed business myself.

I don't know how you keep from finding this piece of ****. I know where you've been the last 18 months or so earning this money.
Someone has to know where this fucktard is?

Yeah, that's old. Last I heard he moved to New Mexico or somewhere. Last time I talked to him he said he was out of the auto industry and claimed bankruptcy. Could have said that just to convince me not to sue. If I ever find him, I will post all his information for all to see. With the money he owes, it would almost be worth it to hire a PI.
