Also I forgot to mention my car is a stripper car and weighed in at 3450 with me (180) and almost a full tank of gas so I'm probably at least a few hundred pounds lighter than the Cobra.

There is no chance in hell a Cobra with only those mods is making 530rwhp/510rwtq.
I know it was just an estimate, but it is way the hell off. It's making about 460rwhp/460rwtq. It's making less than that after a pass due to heat
soak.
I hope to God that the car was dyno tuned. My guess is that it wasn't since the power numbers are just an estimate. Good luck keeping that motor together at 15:1 A/F.

Yep...agreed. That's what I do. Back it down to around 40-45mph or so
and give it a go.

15mph roll or dig would be fine with me now that I have suspension work
Slick - We had to get in front of traffic and didn't have a very big amount of space ahead so we just went for it. There will be more runs to come from lower speeds and digs
01 - Can't go wrong with h/c and an offroad 3 inch x pipe with bullets. Ls1s are just raspier, I like the sound but not as much as lt1s.

Man your getting there, don't worry about it. Win some, loose some, just enjoy the car and have fun. You got a damn strong running car, I wish I woulda gone through with the h/c on mine, just didnt work out the way I wanted it to.
Bizzz - I'm not worried about it at all, I was expecting to be destroyed by a 550-600 rwhp Cobra haha. I thought I did pretty well, I was very pleased with how healthy the lt1 ran. Yeah some things just don't turn out like we want, I wish I had built the car rear/ground to the front/up. But oh well we live and learn and thanks, it is all about having fun and enjoying the car.
I'll let you know next time I come into town and head up to HRP, maybe my throttle body cable won't snap on launch this time
