Default Excellent Car - 2001 Z28 / SS 5,700 miles!!!

OK first off I don't have to sell this car. Lowball offers won't even get a response from me. Also I am not parting this car out at this time so don’t bother asking for parts. This car is extremely clean and if it doesn't sell I'm just going to go forged and FI. The car rarely gets driven and I'm tired of knowing it is here without me having time to enjoy it.

Secondly this is not a numbers matching SS. It is a 2001 Z28 with OEM SS hood and spoiler. They are original GM parts, not aftermarket. All the suspension is upgraded anyway so the only difference b/t this one and a real SS is the badging. It is pewter with ebony interior.

Car has 5,700 miles, 6-speed hardtop, Always garaged, and only driven in the rain once (freak rain shower showed up from nowhere).

4-channel 12-bolt moser with 4.10's 33 spline axles and locker, 1/2" studs, Traction control is still operational.

Chromemoly driveshaft, full tubular suspension front to rear,(K-Member, Upper and Lower A-arms, LCA, Panhard, Torque Arm), Adj QA1 front coil-overs, 12-way QA1 rears, Spohn SubFrame Connectors, Wolf 8-point Chromemoly cage with removeable / swing-out door bars, Strut Tower Brace.

Corbeau seats and harnesses in the front with stock rears, Auto-meter Ultra-lite Monster Tach.

ASP UD pulley, Grott. headers, 3" to 4" y with 4" mufflex exhaust, 85 mm MAF, Air Lid, Taylor Plug Wires.

Comes with either chrome Z06 wheels or draglites.

Trans has upgraded synchros, new shift pads, and steel 3-4 fork and dual disc Textralia Exo-skel clutch, and all new hydraulics.

Also it comes with LS1 Edit as well.

Actual mileage on the car is 5,724 which was as of 10/21/07. Most mods were done when I bought the car. It had around 4,800 miles when I got it so probably a total of 2,000 miles or so on all mods. (Mufflex, clutch, and all trans mods have about 1,000 miles) Everything still works on the car. A/C, cd player, power windows, etc.

I'm sure I'm leaving some stuff out but you get the idea. Its a very nice clean car and its as close to a 10 as you could get IMHO. Gets compliments everytime I drive it and people constantly say “man this is like a brand new car”. Obviously this isn't my daily driver but there's no reason you couldn't do so.

Price is $18,000 as it sits. If there are some parts you don’t want with it I can remove them and will reduce the price accordingly.

PM me or email me lebailey@charter.net if you are interested. Located in central Alabama. Thanks for looking!!

Thanks Cahill. The pictures do not do it justice. Many of you know BoWhite on here, he has seen this car and I'm sure could attest to how clean it is.

There's no reason to be scared of this car. It has great street manners but all the suspension to go race on the weekends. (Actually hooks quite well on the street )This is by no means a track only car.
