Xtreme Horsepower(Stamp is on heads) Stage 2 Ported 5.3L Heads. Casting #706. Have stock Valves and Patriot Dual Valve Springs good to .650 Lift. Came off of an 06 GTO. Have less than 5K miles. - $700 Shipped!

I'm not sure what casting #s they use but they're like the ones they sell. I never put them on, need money for other stuff, but Ill try and find the gtos #s that had them before me.
