WTB: LS6 Intake Manifold....!!!!!! Hello,
My 2001 Camaro SS threw a rod (At start-up) through the block and oil pan at 26,600 original miles. The car only ran for about 3 seconds. Long story short, my new LONG BLOCK is ready to be installed, and the installer was the only one who told me that it could be devastating to use my current LS6 Intake. I don't understand how a piece of oil soaked metal could get sucked into the intake in 3 seconds anyway, but they assured me it has happened and ruined a new motor, so I believe them because they are the experts. They only work on the Camaro and Corvette.
'01 Camaro SS LS6 Intake Part # is 12561184, Chevy Performance Part # 88894339.
'01 ZO6 LS6 Intake Part # is 12573572
I think these two are interchangeable. If anyone knows differently, please advise me.

I have this one for sale. I'd consider selling the bare intake if thats's all you need.

I have a like new LS6 Intake Manifold off our 98 Camaro drag car... we had it sent out to T.P.I.S. and they molded a 90mm Throttle Body neck onto it... it looks stock (we had it in a sleeper) but will flow quite a bit better..
It would include a billet aluminum DBC throttle body and new gasket, IAC, TPS and MAF sensors... New GM LS1/6 Fuel injectors, Edelbrock performance fuel rails (gunmetal), Fbody throttle bracket assembly, new cathedral port gaskets, AN fittings for the rail feed and x-over (you will have to make your own crossover tube to connect the 2 fuel rails but I will include the fittings) and lastly a set of stainless steel F.A.S.T. Intake Manifold Bolts, TB bolts and rail bolts.... oh and a set of new O-rings
$800.
Car went 7.1x's @ 10x MPH in the 1/8 mile with nothing but gear, cam and this intake... full weight M6 camaro with un-touched OE 241 heads...
