Chassis is a clean titled 93 base rx7 with 113K on it, the engine is from a 2000 Camaro SS with approx 68K on it when I got it..I prolly put another 8K since the swap 7 years ago...motor came as a complete pull out (engine/tranny). I used the hinson kit as I got a killer deal on it. Did the swap myself about 7 years ago. Hardly drive the thing as Iam out of town alot for work. I installed edelbrock headers, new ported ls6 oil pump, new ls7 clutch, ls2 timing chain. Digital Dakota controls the speedo (still needs fine tuning), and I have some glow shift gauges for the water temp, oil pressure, and volt meters. The car sits on greddy type s coilovers and ssr balken rims (18x9f 18x10r +20 on all) that I had powder coated black...no rips or tears in the interior, but the drivers side bolster has wear...no cracks in the dash, and everything is there..hood was dented pretty bad from PO so I replaced it with a primered black hood and also has a 99 spec plateless bumper also black primered...I have never taken it to the track, nor have I had it dynoed, I jus like driving it! I have more pics upon request.
fyi, car was backed into by an old mexican lady...replaced all the damaged parts,(hood, bumper, headlight cover) just needs to be painted.(have pics of the damage and what it looks like now with the black bumper and hood)
things I would do if I kept it : Redo the wiring, re-fab up a new exhaust, and get it painted.
Iam located in phoenix AZ.
