I bought a small one from Autozone that worked pretty well. Had to slip a small 1/8"- 1/4" piece of steel between the screw and the crank but it worked. If you'd like I can send you the part number, or we could maybe work something out- I was going to return it but if people want to rent it maybe I'll hang on to it.

I was looking for the Kent moore gear tool. Tried using the small gear puller with the thin Jaws, it just bends and pops off

I have a fender lip roller I'd be willing to lend out. Think I paid $75 for it. It's one of those tools you buy and only use once. Same rules apply.

$75 deposit + $10 rental and I'll ship without an upfront charge.
When item returns I'll refund the $75 - my out of pocket shipping cost.

I know the wheel will wear, I will not charge for a replacement wheel unless it's been totally neglected. You roll the fender gradually and don't force it and everything will be fine.

I'm looking for a tool to remove the crankshaft sprocket from a 5.3 as well. Tried a 3 jaw from autozone and it was too thick. Bought a 2 jaw, and the fingers were too thin and slipped off.

Default Gates Belt Alignment Tool - RENTAL

Have a squeaky belt on your car that just wont go away? Need to properly align your supercharger belt for proper wear and belt life? See a lot of belt dust on your pulleys??

It is likely that one your accessory pulleys is misaligned causing premature belt wear which causes a loud whine and several decreases your belt life!! Here is the answer!!

I have a Gates 91006 belt alignment tool for rent. I personally used it to alignment my supercharger belt on my car and it worked amazing. There is a few videos online showing proper use of the tool!

It simply uses a strap to wrap around your crank pulley and then shoots a laser onto your other accessory drive pulleys showing any misalignment!

Don't go out and buy this tool to use it one time, just rent it and return it!

$25 for a week plus shipping cost. $100 deposit for the tool which will be reimbursed when the tool is returned in good working condition. I will require two paypal transactions. One for $25 plus shipping and paypal fees (3%) and one for $100 deposit. The deposit will remain pending until the tool is returned functional. If the tool is not returned functional the deposit will be activated.

I am located in Ontario Canada but travel to Port Huron MI 48060 on a weekly basis. I can ship this item from a UPS Store there. Shipping quotes available upon request and include tracking and insurance.

im looking to rent on of these too. Were you ever able to find one for rent? I realize I could just remove the dowel pins instead but would be willing to drill the guide holes if I can rent the tool.
