is it for an 04 or an 05-06?

It looks like you need to use the 4-bolt pinion flange they sell with it. Or the adapter plate.

This came out of 2005 GTO with the ls2. This will bolt right into a GTO. As far as I know this didn't have an adaptor...

You can’t use this without the flange that was in on the rear end.
