New Price and more pictures added

I put this for sale in early June and had several buyers and just couldn't let go of it for such a loss because it would cost another $20,000+ to rebuild, but I've got 3 kids and just bought land to build a new house and no big shop so I have come to the conclusion that my twin turbo project wont happen anywhere in the near future, my major loss your gain, built by Tony to handle 2000hp, no expense spared.

My project car for this build is no longer with us and I have too many other projects going right now to start over so I am going to sell the parts I have for a loss and move forward.

This was a top of the line build and I told Tony Mamo to spare no expense and build the best of the best, which he did! The engine is a brand new Scroggins Dickey 6.2 Aluminum LSX bored and stroked to 416CI with Callies crank and rods and wiseco k445x7 pistons and a 10.5:1 ratio. The heads are Mamo MMS AFR 235 Heads with hollow valves and titanium retainers and ported by Tony Mamo and given his "Nitrous/Forced Induction) treatment. Mamo Spec'd cam 233/236 116+2, Yella Terra 10mm rockers, ATI Balancer, ported melling oil pump, MSD Atomic Manifold, ported by Tony as well, the highest numbers he has ever flowed from any intake, then sanded down and powdercoated black along with valve covers. The entire engine is blueprinted and buttoned up with ARP and still in the crate ready to ship then bolt in. I spent $20,000 on this setup and the break in oil is in the crate ready to be added. This was built to handle serious power and last a long time and only the best of the best, even added Racing oil pan baffle to keep oil flowing at all extremes. I am taking a huge loss here, but it can be someones advantage!

Engine.....$11,500 FIRM plus shipping, crated and ready to go and I can drop off at terminal in Springfield, MO

Default Adding more pics

Here are more pics, its crated ready to go. I told another guy $11,500 FIRM on the price, what that means is if you dont have $11,500, please dont waste mine or your tie, this isn't the engine for you, there are many cheaper engines you can buy, but not this one, its top of the line for the guy that appreciates the best of everything and quality, but that costs $$$$$ and you cant touch an engine like this for the money anywhere, you can barely get a shelf parts built engine for this money and its complete oil pant to intake. That being said it DOES NOT include the ID1300 injectors on the build sheet, you do get the LS3 fuel rails though.

Any thoughts on what this setup would make as-is as a N/A setup? How difficult would it be to make it a LSA blower motor vs. your planned turbo setup?

This engine was built to handle forced induction so no different just bolt on blower and go, as far as n/a setup, it should make over 550hp at the wheels, here is a similar set up from Tony,

How does a production 6.2 liter aluminum block with 4 bolt heads handle 2000hp?

$1000 to build a crate and ship? Jesus.......

Engine sold BTW, but there are many variables to all engine builds, now a cheap take out and slap some parts in is low end of spectrum, your right, can't hold the power, but it works for guys on a low budget who can't afford or respect the engineering of a top of the line build. Then this is the far end of the spectrum, with the best of everything and science and engineering paid attention to maximum balance and flow. This costs much more and holds and generates a lot more power, but is for a lot different client than the cheaper builds. We all fit on different levels of the spectrum and don't understand what others do, as I would never use a cheap build in anything, but don't question those who do. That being said Tony Mamo caters to builds on the top of the spectrum and his quality is proven, and he has no shortage of customers waiting for his builds. On a side note, his crate may be expensive as well, but also a work of art.

It's a bit unusual you spent all that money with your original build and produced a low torque figure. Usually these heads produce a ton of torque.
If you are aiming for a NA engine why use dish pistons?
You are better off with flat tops.
Cam choice was also very mild for such a size engine and so was compression.
You are leaving power on the table for no good reason.
I must admit though, that flat torque curve is amazing with hardly any drop off even near the red line.
This is one benefit of wide split cams too. They do wonders for power and torque after peak.
Cam Specs are ok but you need more IVC timing and overlap.
IVC needs to be at 52 and maybe open the exhaust a little earlier at 65 or 66
So something like a 242/256 114 LSA +3 would give you more of what you want, will also rev higher and still drive decent.
