LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

This is not a Corvette, had to pick something from their list of cars...

The time has come for me to part with my Factory Five Mk3. I am selling my car because my seasonal job does not allow me the time to drive it during the driving season and because of that I don’t have enough interest to finish the car. This is a very unique car, and a great opportunity to save a ton of time and money building an LS powered Cobra.
A little history on the car…This was a NON DONOR build, all new high end parts. I bought the kit from Factory Five in 2005 and had it finished the first time in 2007 with a 598ci big block Chevy and Jerico 4 spd. Because of chronic overheating and 4mpg I decided to swap in an LS crate motor and TKO600 transmission in 2010. Since then I have only put about 1500 miles on the car. I am selling the car as a roller, ready to accept your LS engine, or it can be converted to accept the engine of your choice. The odometer reads just over 3000 miles, but many of the parts including the coilovers, and fuel system which were replaced during the LS install only have about half that. I also have many brand new parts installed, including the whole front suspension, spindles, and brakes.
I have chosen to keep the engine and trans and sell the car as a roller, but you will receive all parts necessary to install and run your LS engine including custom headers, driveshaft (for TKO transmission), fuel pump/regulator, motor mounts, and TIG welded stainless radiator tubes to fit the Factory Five radiator. If you have wanted to put an LS engine in a Cobra you will not find a better or faster way get on the road. Paint aside, you could have this car on the road in a weekend of work.
In the interest of full disclosure, the car was involved in a minor collision which resulted in front end fiberglass damage in the summer of 2016. A new FFR front half body has been glassed in and fitted to the frame. The car still needs bodywork. The doors need to be fitted, hood fitted, primer/paint etc. I have ground down the mold seams and gone over the gelcoat with a block. The rear of the body needs very little work, I was just going to scuff it and paint. The car includes everything you need to be on the road except engine/trans and paint.

ASKING $20,000 OBO
