I have found a reasonable deal on a 5.3L aluminum block engine out of a 2004 Trailblazer. The seller is asking $300 more for the wiring harness and ecm. Is that reasonable? Are there better options (aftermarket?). Anyone have anything that fits for sale?
I have an iron block 5.3 all set up including standalone harness and ecm but was hoping to keep that with the engine in case I sell it or want to use it in something else. It is out of a 2000 Escalade, would it even work?
