0 miles since freshened by my local trans builder in Oct.2016. Only ran during dyno tuning.

FTI 8" "Snowman" 5500 stall-max effort NA non lock up converter for non lock up 4L60E on 94-97 LT1 fbody. No receipt unfortunately. In 2016, it was freshened by my local trans builder. All seals, gaskets, clutch materials were all replaced. I only ran the trans after that during a dyno tuning session. It has never ran in the street or track.

I'm guessing the the AN fittings routed to each other are just so it doesn't Leak ?

Negative, those are -AN fittings for the the trans cooler.

My 1st thought was "you didn't run it like that did you?" without a trans cooler?

My 2nd thought was " naaaaw, he must have done that so it wouldn't leak while it is sitting!" lol
