Hey my friend if 408 vert don't take them. I would be interested in them.. Something a little more comfortable than racing seats.. PLEASE let me know. Work out something and come pick them up.

I don't believe they do. Seats between third and fourth generation F-bodies are basically the same. I recall someone on Thirdgen.org making Corvette seats fit their F-body and it took some modification to make it work.
