Just to list a few things. This is a perfect grudge car or Saturday night cruiser.
This car get 17 miles per gallon and goes in the 8's in the 1/4 mile and 5's in 1/8 mile on ET Street drag radials with way more in it. On 18lb of boost it ran 5.72 @ 121 1/8 mile and 8.96 @ 151 in 1/4 mile on 275/60/15 street radials at LS Fest in bowling green this weekend 9/9/17. The car is tuned to go to 23 lb. Have video and time slips. You can drive this car anywhere. The whole setup has less than 200 miles on entire drivetrain and 120,000 on body. No joy rides, if serious we can go over exact specs of car. This is one of the fastest 3,600 lb 5.3 turbo cars in the nation. This car has full factory interior with factory CD changer. This car recently won an INSANE outlaw series race outrunning cars with parachutes and rollcages. TOTAL SLEEPER. I'm not going to cage the car due to the condition of the car and interior. I don't what to ruin the sleeper look. Everything works great right down to the ABS, power seats ,radio, all lights, turn signals, power windows as well as rear window defrost. I ran it @ Beechbend Race Park in Bowling Green KY @ LS Fest this past Sept. in the grudge class. They told me not to go faster than 11.50. So, the first pass I just left hard and let out just to see how good the track was, but my second pass I turned it on 18lb and let her eat, went 8.96 @ 151. They didn't say anything so the 3rd pass I left harder and brought boost in sooner and chattered the tires hard in second and still went 9.0 and they still didn't say a word. After that I just drove The wife and son around lol.

Not taking anything away from your car but calling something the fastest (or one of the fastest) in the nation is a bold statement. Didn't know there was a list for 3,600lb 5.3 cars but if there is I would assume the top 10 would be well north of 160MPH.

We started the list... This car is #7 in the country. If you know of any I can put them on the list must have video of race weight and 1/4 mile pass and has to be stock bottom end 5.3, 3600lbs, auto or stick, full factory interior, radio, all lights, turn signals, factory windows that work and windshield wipers must work. No wheel tubs! 275 street tire max. This list is for true street cars. Like I said if you have them I'll be glad to put on the list. I love to see fast street cars.

I agree. That's why I made a list because My car doesn't fit in most list. Most cars in the 8's are tubbed , cut up, interior modified or race cars with weight moved around. Fastest would be Troy Dayton 8.51 @ 160. Nice car too. 1967 Chevelle. Must be DOT street tires 275 max. I run the 2775/60/15 Mickey Thompson ET street pro.
What do you have? I would love to hear about it. Like I said I love fast cars and not here to down anybody...

I hear that, hardly anyone races sedans and most lists are full of lightweight Mustangs, Camaros, Vettes, etc! My car isn't cut up but it started over 4000lbs so I had to take some weight out of it to be even somewhat competitive with most guys racing. Still a street car that I drive all the time and have taken across 4 states for a drive with my kid.
The new 275's work well enough its not a concern to get into body work to go bigger. Just use boost control to get off the line then send it up top! We've got a handful of street cars over 155MPH on 275's with no complaints from the Hoosier to the Mickey they both seem to work well.
Most of the faster cars around here don't have wipers because they wouldn't drive the car when its raining anyways. I've been caught in the rain a few times with drag radials and slicks, certainly sucks and not having wipers was the least of my concerns. No wipers on our cars make the engine a ton easier to work on, pop the cowl and have a lot more room to work.

Only airbags if factory..lol Going to build something fast and light after sale. I have learned a ton with this build. A lot of guys take factory things off car for that reason. Thanks man I hope its sells quick. I've started on an Aluminum 5.3 as we speak. I love these little 5.3 motors. Impressive little things.
