Runnin' with a Hemi
Runnin' with a Hemi A friend of mine at work has an 03 QC 2wd Dodge Hemi. It's all stock, He thinks it's dumb to mod a vehicle. Anyway a few weeks ago we met up at the only red light leaving work and he knows that I have been wanting to give him a try. Even though I never expected to beat him. So the light goes and we both start clean. To my surprise, I am hanging very close to him, he pulls on me slowly up until about 90 when we shut it down. My front bumper was at his back bumper. I was happy and very surprised.
I Talked to Allen about it and he was confident that He could help me a little more so he sent me another tune. Plus I put on my Volant this past weekend.
Well, today I met him again merging onto the interstate. We were both in the fast lane waiting on a slower car to move. I was right on his bumper going about 70, and when the first car moved we both floored it!! It was awesome, I slowly pulled up to him , dropped into the other lane, and got even with him. The look on his face was worth the tune all by itself
My speed limit kicked in at 115 but luckily his did to, so we slowed down to normal and I waved as I got off at my exit!

What are the specifics on the Nelson tune. I want to get one that will beat the hemi's. There are a lot of those guys around here in Alaska that need to be shut up!!! And after the roads clear up and aren't full of snow I will hopefully be showing them up.
