isn't Canada a foreign country that has extreme taxes on stuff entering an exiting Canada?doe's the recipient pay these taxes?

I actuelly sent 4body parts to France which is a foreign country and shipping wasn't that expensive and buyer paid the taxes.

shipping a bumper in a coffin sized box mite cost as much as the bumpers price.

to answer the ? if paid for part/shipping/tax yes I could ship the Formula front bumper to Canada

Yes, the buyer pays for any tax coming across. I checked with FedEx and it about $167 for shipping and XL box weighing about 15 pounds from your location. Someone else has contacted me regarding the bumper a couple of weeks ago. If that doesn't work out, I'll let you know.
