Why does it need to be a T4?

People have leaned on the Precision 76/85 and 86/85 with good results. Pricey though...

The car is together I am swapping the original LS1 that has cam and heads for a full forged solid roller cam engine. It is also a tight for space front mount kit

What's your ET goals, or do you just want a number
As said, Stock48 has made power, something like 8.19 in the 1/4, running
in the 160's, I thought he used a 476 turbo on stock innards.

Billet S480 with biggest turbine you can get with a 1.25 A/R T4. No idea if it will get you 1200+ WHEEL hp, but it should get you into, or very close to 8s with the right vehicle and supporting mods.

And there is a mountain of difference between 8.99 and 8.00....

True the power is relative, you can run mid 8's in a 3700lb vehicle with 950whp if its reasonably setup to drag race.

Mighty Mouse had been mid 8 with his Trans Am and GT91, think when he sold it it the then new owner had dynoed over 1000whp through a 400 or 80e.

I think its going to be hard to hit your HP goals with a T4 turbo. You'd need to figure out how to get a T6 in there or a set of like T3 twins. Those T3 twins are pretty small comparatively and might be easier to fab up and make your goal for HP. I'm thinking like Comp turbo's 6262. That level of power is quite a bit extra for a 8 second 1/4 mile.

The original post was done in question form I do know where I can get a T6 to T4 adapter and it's looking like that's the route I will go the car is together but I am swapping out the engine for a forged one with solid roller cam I have a methanol kit just want to buy one time when I upgrade from what I have now. I am doing twin t3/t4 on my BMW swap But I won't push it past 600. The Camaro is more of a race car
