Default Can car be driven after head swap

The tuner is a 30 min drive away. car is already tuned for the headers and cam. If i pit heads on can i drive it to the tuner?

i ordered new ones. will drive it to the tuner on the stockers, then after i get it there swap them out in the parking lot.

I've driven mine after the ported 243's and headers without tuning for 6 months. It probably runs a bit rich and I'm probably a few hp down but it's been OK.

Lean not rich, but really only at WOT. Light throttle probably still a good mix.
