Default Trunion upgrade tool

Anyone have one to loan or ?

Or is it easy enough to do with a few sockets and vise ?

A vice will work. This is what I used. Little 1 ton press from harbor freight for like $30. Easier to hold the rockers and bushings vertical with the press than it is horizontal with the vice. And as you can see I just set it on my table in my living room.

I suspect that table is the recipient of much past abuse, hence lack of hard feelings on the better half's part. lol

Well, it DOES look like you're keeping grease off the carpet (as far as I can tell...) so kudos there. Plus, that is a cool work table that the tranny's on, so bonus points!

What's a carb..... that piece of metal with a swingy door thing with random springs attached to it that sits on the intake?

Or you could just buy brand new rockers with the trunions already installed for less ;-) They are $195 shipped right now from us.

We also have a trunion removal/install tool for $35 shipped.
Looks like this

Be careful of the aftermarket arms. Not as good as the GM. Here’s one of the non GM brand offset intake rocker I installed that broke
