1st of december bought L33 engine and couple of days after gto oilpan from this seller. It was said it would take 1 or at max 2 weeks to ship it (not deliver just ship) Before the payment, he was good in comunicating after he received it I almost had to spam him to get an answer out. After 1 month he or so to say his wife to whom the paypal account belongs to finally updated the shipping code and they said it is being shipped by fastenal. I called fastenal and gave them the tracking code to ask if the shipping code is legit. Big surprise it was not. I wrote him asking what the deal is and he gave me a story about how the shipping guy messed something up and now he does not know where the shipments are and how that this never happened yada yada yada without telling me anything. I had to ask for everything. Im done with this guy. Another user mark aubele wrote me on here asking me if everything went smoothly with him because he also said how the comunication was very bad. He also has not received anything, me and mark both filed a claim on paypal and are now waiting for the money to be refunded. BUYERS BEWARE.

Contact police where he lives and file a theft complaint. That can be a strong motivator for him to either ship it or refund the money.

After all this time I'm surprised he is still active. Yes that is his name, I found him on facebook and his wife too (Jennifer Brodzinski Anderson) Since I live in the Netherlands I can't really do much but guys from USA should contact police and report them.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to get the authorities involved. I have a lawyer lined up as well, so something will have to give, because lying and just taking peoples hard earned money is some low down bs.

When I put up a thread about having a cam and lifters put in he contacted me. He came up here and looked at the car but something about him told me NOWAY. He was too quick to do it and wanted me to just drop my car off at his place, I figured I'd never see the car again.
