Default TSP Catted Y-Pipe

I was looking at this TSP catted Y-pipe and it shows both cats close to the header collector. I have seen other pictures that show one cat farther down the y-pipe. It may be splitting hairs, but this is the design I would rather have. Can anyone confirm if I order from Texas Speed, #25-TSPSSCATY, this is what I get? This is the picture from their website, but it is different than the one at WS6store, slightly different p/n too.

Call and ask to be 100% but I do know that is the current version of their y pipe so its safe to assume that is what you will get. I just bought the catless y pipe but the design is the same

And that extra length provided by the cats is probably the exact length that was needed to get it to tuck in perfectly, as I seem to recollect that you said you needed to add some length to the off road version to get it to line up and tuck in perfectly?

That looks to be an improvement over the TSP catted Y I got last spring.

Does anyone have pictures or experience with this newer catted y? I've been looking into it for a little while before I buy it and can't find much on it.

I have the previous version of this! I tried asking if there were any benefits over this to the previous version but got no response as I was considering ordering if it would offer me any more clearance.Seems to be little info on why it was redesigned.

Can you run a 150 wet shot without hurting the cats?

I received my order last weekend. It does in fact match the picture. I am still in the process of installing it so I was going to wait until I finish before I gave a review. The merge looks great on the outside where as on the inside the converging pipes could have been trimmed a little better. Sorry, I didn't snap a picture. It will work for now. I have it on TSP headers and it is hitting in a couple spots, on the drivers side near the cat, and on the driveshaft tunnel. Hopefully I get back on it this weekend and see if I can get it over to where it needs to be. I also installed Umi solid engine mounts. The whole engine alignment may be off a hair so I need to check that also and see if it is part of the issue.

On a side note, I was able to install the TSP headers without having to remove an engine mount. I only needed to pull the oil filter and plug for the drivers side.

I have the older TSP catted Y with Hooker headers. I had issues with the drivers side being too low. Eventually I had an exhaust shop sort out the issues. Post some pics of your install when finished.
