Default Fast 92 disassembly

I took the top shell off....but does the middle piece come off too ? I notice there are several screws holding it in.....and is the inner rope seal one piece ???

yea it should come completely apart. I wanna say its a one piece seal for the bottom and top half

the seal is not one piece.....and after removing the middle piece I realize I am not done porting by any means.....if I was getting paid by the hr to port......I could take a vacation

I need to find my epoxy too....thinking of deleting the center posts too

some of the ports are spot on....others are off by a hair....number 7 is really off

If you also end up needing to replace the gasket for the upper and lower shell, look for FAST Part # 54022. Its one long strip. You have to cut it to fit and I used some clear RTV silicone to connect and seal where the cuts were made. You should end up with a few inches of extra material when done, as they give you a little more than what is actually needed.

I was able to remove the rope seal without damage .....since my intake is new the seal is still good
