Hey fellas, selling the trans that was going in my 55 Chevy to purchase some more important things right now. So here is what I have, Stg.3 T56 that is originally from an 03 C5 with a 2.66 1st gear ratio with the triple/double syncro system. It has an SSR 32 spline output and built in an f-body case. It is a direct bolt in to any 98-02 Camaro/Trans Am or great for a conversion.
Trans will have 0 miles on it since the build.

New Timken Bearing kit
Carbon fiber Syncro ring kit
Brass reverse ring
Billet 1/2 Keys
Billet 3/4 Keys
Bronze 1/2 fork Pads
Bronze 3/4 fork pads
Bronze 5/6 fork pads
Bronze Reverse fork Pads
New "Viper" Steel 3/4 Fork
New input Seal
New output seal
Tailhousing machined for 32 spline bushing and seal
F-body front plate
F-body extensión housing
F-body shift rail
F-body rear offset socket
1/2 syncro assembly 3 piece lock set
New SSR 32 spline Mainshaft that has been re-machined on the 5/6 journal to fix the common vibration from 50+ mph

Magnum is a T56 Tremec sells straight to people. Magnums are T56s but not all T56s are magnums. Regardless, this is a custom job not a mass-produced piece. You would have to be running big hp numbers and trying to break it on purpose to kill this thing. I have the same trans from him with a lower first and it is flawless. DG and a guy named Scott Mock are two people I would have zero reservations about spending multiple thousands of dollars with (again).
I'm biased of course, but there is no better deal on a T56 out there. If you are thinking of going used to try to save a few bucks don't. Just buy this
