Default Starting ls swap

Cars an ‘88 Corvette with 5.3. I converted a truck harness via lt1swap.com
I’ve already unlocked the pcm with hp tuners.
Yesterday I turned the key on and nothing so today I bypassed the starter enable relay and when I tried to crank it started cranking non stop even after I pulled the key out. ( guessing one starter wire has a constant 12v that isn’t supposed to)
Anyways my drivers coils were unplugged and my fuel lines weren’t hooked up so it wouldn’t have started anyways. Would this have the same effect as priming the oil system? Any chance I damaged anything?
No fuel came out so something must be wrong with the wiring-anything specific I should be checking from here?

Any incite on the rest? Normally I would assume sticking solenoid but since it’s a big job (ls swap) I’m more inclined to think something with the wiring is amiss.
The starter was pretty simple though-positive terminal to the starter and the purple signal wire from the ignition switch.

Before chasing electrical gremlins, can I ask if you turned off vats with your hp tuners? Just a shot in the dark.

No jumper wire. After a second look I see I’ve got 3 wires on the starter-the purple signal wire, positive wire from battery and a red wire from the starter to the alternator. Starter is brand new btw.

Bump disconnected wiring and hooked it back up. It as soon as the starter is connected it turns over nonstop.
Double checked vats with hp tuners.

This is all that’s needed to unlock pcm?
