Default how to replace e40 ecm ?

hi, I desperately need help in replacing a e40ecm with a second hand unit I have purchased . what is the process of installing the unit would be much appreciated. I have all the security codes for my existing unit but not of the second hand unit . My unit has also the ess security ( vats ) , custom tune that I would want to copy to the second unit .

You'll find it in here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bf4xvfch6...a/Uploads?dl=0

You will also need HPtuners to copy the tune (2 credits) and a Tech2 with TIS2000 to program.
