Default Wanting to come back!

Dont really see much activity on here since I started poking around here. Im wanting to get me another TA or Firehawk and get me another SuperHawk hood. How many people are still activly in the LS TA area?

Most of the action is in high performance Formulas, these days.

So I got lucky! Found a 2000 Formula with 45k on it for 6k. Very pleased!

i also found a Superhawk hood. I’m getting worried though I might miss out of it.

If you wipe the antenna down with a mineral spirits soaked rag, it should start going down all the way.

The paint sheds off the mast and gums everything up. The mineral spirits will dissolve that loose stuff and get it sliding smoothly again.

From this point forward, this is something you'll have to do as regular maintenance for the antenna. I don't believe the replacement shafts are available any longer.
