Default Part # for Magnum F

Been looking to replace my trans with a magnum. I have an LS7 build in the works that will likely annihilate the factory T56. I saw a thread from about 4 years ago that mentioned Tremec releasing a 'Magnum F'. As I understood it it's basically a t56 with tr-6060 internals. Does anyone know the part number for this? I've seen some magnums online for a good price, but nothing that has said what platform it's built for, except 'ls' on tremec's website.

Thanks!

There is STILL no official Tremec Magnum F.

You'd need to opt for one of the built versions from Tick, RPM, DD etc etc etc

You can easily make the standard Magnum work by shortening your driveshaft and adding the 31 spline yoke.... then opting for an aftermarket shiter to put it in the proper position.... or plunk down the extra money to have Tick etc modify one.
We've installed plenty stock Magnums in 4th gen Fbodies just like above. Don't hold your breath for the F version.... it's also going to be more expensive than the standard Magnum even though concrete pricing and release date is unclear.

Last time I contacted Tremec they said it would be early this year.....early this year has long past and there's still nothing.

Don't hold your breath for one, that's for sure.
