Slavecylinder issue bad need help

Slavecylinder issue bad need help I recently went threw two slavecylinders. First one I had was a summit racing Chevrolet performance Manufacturer's Part Number:24264182 with centerforce force dual friction that lasted alittle over a year.. so that went I just bought a McLeod rxt and this slave cylinder from hawks that was 02 upgraded one with the same part number.. and the slave lasted three days and 150miles... I dont know the issue could be???
