Default New pics and price lowered

Hello all. I had agreed to $17,500 to a semi local couple who backed out at the last minute due to their van being stolen (but then it was found apparently). So I am extending that price to everyone here. Here's a couple new pics and of the AMAZING undercarriage!

Maybe if you had something else to throw in with the cash to help bridge the gap. But $17,500 is really good for this car I think with it being a M6. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

I have looked at the value of the car in two book places and it estimate at $12k in excellent condition. My offer of $15k I thought was fair considering it has a factory Hurst 6. I also took into consideration transportation, travel time and expenses; since i live in Florida. Let me know if you change your mind, and best of luck with the car.

You are wrong. Sure, it's clean, and low mileage, but realistically, if you can get more than $12,500 for it, take it and run. The miles are low, but it's not a rare car, the hurst option was a common option.

I agree with the Alchemist... get while the getting is good. No need to report the posts; if you don’t like the offer then don’t take it.

For information's sake, I just bought a 2000 black WS6 MN6 from a board member for $17,000 before shipping. 32,000 miles. Car has original window sticker, documentation of oil changes all the way back to 2000 and is all OEM except for a lid. There are a few minor flaws, none significant except for some bubbling on the sail panel. Excellent paint and interior.
I expect it to be the first car I've bought that will appreciate in value over the time I own it.

- So a board member - sold their year older car with 8,000 more miles to a member 3 months ago for 17k. And as mine sits a year newer with less miles for $500 more. You're saying a board member got one over on their own compadre and that mine is worth 5k less? If it was worth 12,500 I wouldn't have multiple offers of 15 and 16k. And if someone has a legitimate reason for offering $2500 less other than - "the book says", and "because of my travel and shipping expenses." I'd be more than happy to hear it. There isn't a Trans Am like this one listed for under 20k in the U.S. So based on that, and similar actual sold prices from your own members, and others. These are my reasonings for it to be priced as so. Not "because I said so" or "the book says so".

And if you do have a car like this you would like to generously sell me for 12,500. I'll gladly take it off your hands and sell it to this guy for 15k.

You asked for opinions, and two moderators who've been around f-bodies since AT LEAST 2000, gave their opinions. If you don't like that someone offered you less, then just say no thanks and move on.

Good luck with your sale.

When did telling someone "You are wrong." become an opinion? I've also been around f-bodies since 2005, and this is my 4th one I've owned. Thanks for the input.

You posted "correct me if I'm wrong".

You reported this post looking for moderator involvement because someone negotiated with you over price. You say you've had 4 fbodies, so you must have experienced negotiation in the past, or did each time you sell them, someone just agreed to your asking price?
