What company out there make the strongest t56? I don't know what type of engine I will end up going with bbc or ls. But either option I will have about 800hp. I will do some street racing and grudge racing but bout a lot

Liberty or GForce are the two most common.

Pfitzner Gears are probably the strongest internals available for the T56 platform. G Force also has some very strong options as well.

The builder of the unit is really not relevant when it comes to the strength of the internals and what kind of torque it can handle.

Depends on usage, but even a stock T56 can handle 800hp well.

But all round, cheapest/best option will just be buy a Tremec Magnum.
