Cj seems to really shine over 18 mani still. And over 18 fbo ss too.

Pretty surprising given the numbers and track times I’ve seen between a ported 18 and CJ. I’m betting it’s more than just the intake accounting for that. Strong running 18 for sure

I’m not surprised at all the cj has always been a topend monster from a roll . Also don’t forget the cj car has weight reduction and gears how much weight is pulled we don’t know .

Damn. That 2018 runs stong. Gappin cars. Not that it would have made too much of a difference but noticed Leo was spinning on some shifts. Check the black marks he was laying down on a couple runs. That black 18 is fast!

i don’t know much about the 2018 but both my s197 cars gained around 3-4 mph with the cj setup.

The white car is mine he has the exact same mods plus a cj and 3:73 gears , there is no way a gear swap and a cj swapped can put 6 car by 120 mph , that same camaro that somewhat kept up with him raced a white c63 amg with 580 rwhp and lost by two cars i ether beat or was door to door with the same amg . that nitrous shot really came handy .

you are right but his camp denies that he is spraying there is absolutely no way , a cj mani will make an approximately 25 hp through out the power band over an 18 mani his car instantly pulls and never stopped pulling .

i was on a lund tune fr that run , i'm fbo ported stock mani and tb , racing breaks , rear seat delete and c85 , he had the same exacts mods but a cj mani and a twin tb

I just purchased a 2018 Mustang GT with the 10R80. In your mind, who is the best tuner out for these gen 3 coyotes? PBD? Lund? AED?

it was weird to me that the first thing he did when parked was open his hood , i was told there is way to set up the lines in such a way that the lines run under the cj manifold but no i did not see anything and did not check the trunk either .

talk to Rob at PBD he is a straight up dude man he will help you as much as he can and his tunes rips , cannot comment on AED because i never dealt with them but if you google there is very good reviews on him as well . good luck

Damn, that black one is fast as crap. I don't see it being that much faster than an equal car. We all know Lucille is a monster. Crazy. Did Lucille and Henry get a run in? Or has that race happened?

I've raced henry twice before with me pulling both times and did not have drag set up or weight reduction done to the car , he got his transmission tune recently he did raced the c63 amg and lost by a couple of cars same amg i beat or tied . i would've been fine if he beats me by a car but to pulled like that with almost equally mods i don't tbh.

quick question pray if you don't mind answering , with a 26.4 tire and 3.55 gears is the rpm right around 5000 ?

I was also judging on how it looked like Henry stayed closer to that guy. Did you get your car back on the dyno and the rest of the stuff sorted out you were thinking about changing? Dude looked like he had 100rw on you. Doesn't make sense.

i made a couple changes to the tune nothing major just some torque management shifpoints adjustments and had my 02 sensor replaced .
