Need help getting the correct PCM
I need an ECM for an '04 Silverado 2500 with the 6.0 / 4L80e combo. I don't have a VIN (it's going to my tuner, then into my '77 Dually). Is that a problem?
I have the one from the truck the motor came from, but when my tuner connects to it, it appears to be blank (or damaged). It's a reman, Part #89017750 The only other number is on the reman sticker under the bar code : 86YMKHX120160134
On the plug socket it has 1331 and P20085 stenciled on it.
Local yards keep coming up with part numbers that will interchange but the programming / Service number is for 4L65 or 4L70 transmissions
If any of you have one, I need one. If you're a tuner, we can discuss that too.
Thanks,
Richard
