Default Interesting sound from rear

I know sounds have been beaten to literal death on here, but this is different/unique. I have a 1998 Z28. 44K miles. A4 tranny. Performance rear option. Everything is original (to my knowledge) I've had the car since about 2011. Its done this since day 1. So what happens is, is that I hear a popping sound in the rear. There are only 2 scenarios that it occurs. First, it makes the sound when the car is bouncing, not when hitting a bump, more so when hitting dips or humps in the road. The other scenario happens when exiting the vehicle. It is quite audible. Sounds like a heavy spring type pop. Almost 50/50 on if it happens when exiting the car.

I will also add that it sounds like its the passenger side rear only.

I've tried bouncing the car by pushing down on it, and also from underneath pushing up and bouncing it. I can't replicate it at all

Yes. Everything is stock and original except for a lid, tires, battery, and SSRA.

I jacked the car up on each side and re-lubed the entire brake system (not because of the sound). Ever since I jacked it up and did that, the sound has totally disappeared and not come back. 500 miles later. No clue why...

lube the sway bar bushings,, they can be sticky and if the end links are worn the bar will make a pop/thump noise ?
Happens on my Jeep .. So wild guess.. I also had a noise that sounds similar caused by a cracked shock mount..
