Hello happy Father’s Day I wanted to know if it was worth it to port match my Holley 300-130 intake to the head. The top of the cathedral on the head left a mark on the intake showing where it’s blocked is it supposed to be like this or can I have it ported ?

Don't do it. The indent on the head is where the injector injects the fuel. Look at a stock (or injection) manifold. Right above the port is the injector. LEAVE IT ALONE.
You would think that going ahead and port matching would improve its performance but maybe it was designed like that for a reason.
