Yup, sold a nice barely used pair of Weld RT-S fronts to a waste of human skin, and he dropped one putting a flat spot in the outer rim. He turned me in to PissPal for selling him "damaged" goods. They gave him a COMPLETE refund and debited my account without recourse even though I had pics of what the wheels looked like before and while packing them with time stamps on them which was 5 days before he filed the complaint.
