Got a car in the shop to complete then tune.
I noticed that there is no Manifold Absolute Temperature sensor.
I know in the GM factory system, it needs to be there.
I’d think the Holley would as well?
There is certainly a connector for it.

Yes there is a connector for the MAT/IAT. You could zero out all of the tables that use it effectively removing it, but why not just add one? They're cheap and readily available.

15 bucks and a hole in the intake,, or IIRC the dominator has a un-used port for vacuum that it fits in,, center back of the carb in the base...

i have the terminator, which i think is really similar software. I plan on using the gm IAT sensor...the data for the gm sensor is populated in the drop down menu...as well as a couple others...chrysler, ford etc

It does have a Dominator intake on it.
The one threaded port is being used.
Holley sure could have added more vacuum/boost sources on that thing.
I’ll have to buy a multi port manifold for it to connect the FPR, BOV etc to. That stuff all needs to be finished.
Edelbrock got it right on their intakes.

And I meant it’s going to run on methanol.

i think thats the holley high ram in the pics you sent me

the dominator is a single plane carb intake. I had one in the late 90's haha I can still smell the unburnt fuel

The Holley only has the IAT (MAT) lead, mont. incoming air, but you prob could put the
sensor anywhere. I know some guys will use it as a safety if intake air temps get
to high, some add fuel to kill it, not sure how that works out.

If it has a Holley HiRam, there is a port in the ear that takes a stock MAP sensor. Also, the cast pad in the back of the Hi-Ram is pretty big, so extra holes can easily be added.

I ordered a vacuum/boost manifold that will get me all the ports I need.

There are numerous items to fix and complete on this car before we even attempt any dyno work.

Glad to help Ron. A manifold is a good idea and should be mounted off the engine, so that the sensors don't vibrate.
