Default LS1 misfire and smoke that smells like fuel

Thanks for any input, My 1998 LS1 Corvette runs great at times but takes spells where it misfires and smokes. Changed plugs, wires, coils, PCV, Secondary Air check valve, battery. Fuel filter, Tested injectors, fuel pressure doesn't drop after shut down,. Changed MAF even. My mechanic hooks to it and it seems like everything is in parameters. No coolant in oil, no oil in coolant. We get the multiple misfire codes consistently but we know that. He checked temps in each Cylinder and they are all ok. Thinking PCM or ECM. Never overheated, runs cool even when missing and smoking. What do you think?

Hearing Knock and pulling timing. Knock sensors won't throw any code but random missfire. Check sensors and connections, they are famous for getting water in them.
