I have a 2013 camaro ls3

I can't get them to bolt up
Do I need a specific bell housing ? It's the ls1 t56 bell housing

Do I need a specific pilot bearing ?

I have about a 1/4 gap I can't get rid of

I believe the LS3 starter doesn't work with the LS1 bellhousing.... I know the GTO starter doesn't. Lastly as mentioned above you can't run the LS3 pilot bearing and need the LS1/LS2 style Fbody/GTO pilot bearing (the size of a nickel) with the bevel side pointing out towards the input shaft. Then you need a '98-02 Fbody style slave. The LUK LSC265B is cost effective and works great with the T56 Magnum or F behind an LS.
