Default TC Lockup?
Hey guys 2000 C5 with an Auto transmission. Drives and shifts fine but converter doesnt lock up under any conditions or speeds. Does anyone have input on what areas to look first?

Do you know anyone with HP tuners? They can command it on to test. Another is the brake switch failing or switched on unnecessarily. Don't take this the wrong way, but you could be unknowingly touching the brake with one foot or the other. After that the TCC solenoid could be the problem. Just a few things to check on.

I do, But I will likely be purchasing it soon myself. I recently replaced a faulty PRN safety switch which was cracked and causing no reverse lights and a no start situation. I'm curious if that gear selection wiring could have had an effect. Ill report back.
