Power steering lines I have a 96 S10 with an LS swap using the Holley High mount accessory kit. The clearance between the p/s pulley and the high pressure hose is .25 at most. I know nothing about stainless steel hose fabrication, so I'm looking for a pre-made hose that routes away from the pulley. If the ss version is my only choice I would need an adapter fitting for the pump, and a hose fitting that has a short 90* fitting. Has anyone else run into this problem? I know the fitting on the pump needs to be changed to an 961961ERL. The tube on the 1st hose rubbed thru on the pulley with the resulting mess. The current hose is from a 2005 Corvette. Sorry if I'm rambling.

Bend up a piece of heavy wire in the shape that will solve your hose routing problem to keep the hose away from the pulley. Then take the bent wire to a well equipped auto parts store or a hydraulic shop and have them make you one in that shape with the connectors you need. NAPA did one for my El Camino a few years back with Gates Megacrimp connector fittings for a little over $53.00 - done in thirty minutes.
Probably a little more expensive now but it will absolutely solve your problem.
