01 Camaro VATS issue
Did you replace your BCM with a NEW one or a USED one? A new BCM will program itself to match the ignition key used during its first startup and can never be reprogrammed after that. A used BCM will still retain the resistance value of whatever vehicle it came from.
Having a BCM bypass already installed will only complicate things because a new BCM will match itself to the value in the bypass regardless of whatever ignition key is used while a used BCM would be unlikely to find the bypass to have the correct value (a 1 in 14 chance). If the SECURITY light is illuminated in the instrument cluster then you no start condition is definitely caused by VATS. Check that your bypass is correctly installed and that all connections are clean and tight.

I'm over messing with this. I'm taking it to a local speed shop to turn the VATS off in the ECU and putting in the bypass for the starter relay
