Default New to the Site.

Hi y'all. I'm newly registered to the site, but have been using it for a good while for the plethora of great information available.
Today I finally received the last part I've been waiting for to put my 4l60E back together after the first rebuild on this one failed immediately and obliterated the 3-4 clutches. This is only my second 4l60e rebuild ever which is for my 2005 Suburban, and by the grace of God my first rebuild for my 2000 Tahoe is still going strong at almost 5k miles with a fair amount of abuse. I'm hoping to get it back in my Suburban in the morning and see how I did (after fixing the simple and dumb errors I made the first time).
I am very grateful for this site and all of the helpful people here.

Finally getting to the last bits
Finally getting to the last bits
From reassembly last night
From reassembly last night

It has been a long day of lots of little breaks due to the heat here as well as having to troubleshoot the ac in the house, but I'm finally in the end run of this. This low profile motorcycle lift from Harbor Freight is extremely helpful since I'm only 110lbs and have to use my legs to barely move the transmission at all with the torque converter installed, so I definitely can't lift or really move the transmission while under my Suburban to line it up without this agile little lift. While I truly enjoy the rebuild process, the removal and installation is absolutely exhausting 😅

Success!!!! And she feels AMAZING 👏 I used Cahalls' advice in a thread and blocked the 4th accumulator with two pistons, left out the checkbal for it, and I drilled the holes in the separator plate all at .125. The shifts are smooth but positive, and the acceleration is absolutely beautiful. Thank God!!
