Default '69 T/A Vert Spotted in the Wild??

On the way to a cars and coffee event this past Saturday, I spotted a '69 T/A 'vert w/ the top down east-bound on Dupont Road (north Ft. Wayne) around 11:00-11:20 AM (was running very late and most cars were gone by the time we got there). Just wondering if that was anyone here. I've seen '69 T/A 'verts around here over the past 40+ years (they could all be the same car in various states of restoration), but I've never been able to talk to the owner(s) to get the deets on their car(s). I'm not positive if they were participating in the C&C event at Black Canyon, because once we did get there and parked I bumpped into a previous co-worker who was also into Pontiacs and asked him if he saw the '69 T/A 'vert at the event (he didn't). Considering the value of real '69 T/A 'verts and how frequently they have been cloned, I wouldn't be surprized that this one is also a clone. Its a head-turner none the less!

There is a guy on YouTube from Indiana on Vinyl Village Garage. He restores first gen birds and has a beautiful clone. Check out his channel. It might have been him.

Thanks for the tip! I watched his video quiz on the '69 T/A which showed his car quite a bit. I'm wishing I was able to get a photo of the car I saw to compare. For sure, his wheels and red "Ram Air VI" decal on the hood are distinctive. Will keep my eyes peeled.

8 '69 T/A 'verts to be exact, 4 auto and 4 4-spds. I'm pretty sure all were RA-IIIs. God knows how many clones.

I remember back in the early '90s while at my credit-union, they had a NADA Old Cars Value guide laying out, I looked up Pontiacs and the two highest value Pontiacs was the '69 T/A 'verts and the '57 Bonneville 'verts w/ fuel injection (which I think only ~50 were built). My old boss at the time had previously told me a story about owning a '57 FI Bonneville 'vert back in the day (at the time I had no idea Pontiac ever installed FI on any cars) and when I found a magazine article featuring one of those cars I showed it to him and he confirmed his looked identical to the one in the article. He proceeded to kick himself in the butt until he retired for ever getting rid of it.
